Peggy came into the world dancing and hasn't stopped!  Born in Norfolk, Virginia on July 12, 1931.  She studied tap and ballet from age 4 with numerous teachers across the nation and taught dance for 20 years in Virginia.  She fell in love and married her ballroom teacher, Miguel in 1957. 

Peggy is co-founder of the Norfolk Civic Ballet.  She's performed and choreographed at numerous Little Theatres, Dinner Theatres and local productions AND toured with USO shows during WWII.  Peggy earned a Master's Degree from UCLA in Dance Therapy after raising a son & daughter.

She then worked as a Dance Therapist for 20 years at Mesa Vista Hospital, San Diego, California.  Later, she teamed up with Barbara Jones performing as "the Tap Tones" and together they won numerous awards. In addition to performing, the dynamic duo studied with Karol Lee,

a founding member of Rhapsody in Taps, and with Tom Hansen, a Hollywood choreographer.  They have participated in master classes with the renowned:  Brenda Bufalino, Fred Strickler, Gracey Tune, and Jerry Ames.   Now, as vivacious and energetic as ever, Peggy performs as a soloist and continues to glean spotlight awards.

Peggy's relaxation activities include:  bicycling, sailing, kayaking, ballroom dancing, race walking and boogie boarding!
