3 Dimensional/Sculptural Oil Painting

What is a Turnstyle Triptych?  Good question.  This is a new dimension of oil painting created to have multiple sides and affixed to a revolving platform (e.g. lazy susan or turntable).  Although I call this a triptych, it is actually has more than a three view painting.  At first glance, it is viewed with the window shut, then opened to view the lass rising up the mountain, then spun around the backside to view the old rusted sink.  Closer view, however, reveals a painted platform base which greatly adds to the message on all sides.

Which type of wood was used to build Noah's ark?
According to the Bible, Noah's ark was made of gopher wood.  This is identified as Cuspressus sempervirens,
one of the most durable woods in the world.  Also called the Mediterranean cypress, the tree is native through-
out southern Europe and western Asia.  It grows up to 80-feet (24 meters) tall.  Similar to this tree is the
Monterey cypress (Cupressus macrocarpa), which is restricted to a very small area along the coast of
central California.  It can become as tall as 90 feet (27 meters) with horizontal branches that support a
broad, spreading crown.  When old, this tree looks very much like the aged cedars of Lebanon.
